You're Always There with Me

You're Always There with Me

Whenever the road goes rough,
Whenever the going gets though,
During the times when I can't see,
You were always there with me.

When tears starts to fall from my eyes,
When my world is filled with cruel lies,
When all I want is to break free,
You were always there with me,

Whenever the distance gets too far,
Whenever I needed a guiding star,
When my heart locks up and needed a key,
You were always there with me.

And so, DEAR FRIEND, I think you now,
This poem was written to thank you
and whenever you are feeling sad or scared
I am always here with you.

"Thou shall limit thy offspring for multitude of people are burden unto the Earth"

Through human history, it is a fact that nature and people have to worked together in order to achieve Earth's deliverance from future destruction. People should limit their offspring in providing them harmonious way of living condition and simply emancipation from poverty and misery. The word limit itself has been a perennial catchphrase in fuelling many conflicts and debates among the religious points of view, where in the enthusiastically believed that god had ordered human to go and multiply. In my personal manifestation of limiting thy offspring is favourable to the welfare of man, like asserting the right of every child in providing them responsible parents and a worry-free environment.
The Reproductive Health Bill, informally known as the RH Bill, are proposed laws in the Philippines aiming to guarantee universal access to methods of contraception, abortion, fertility control, sexual education and maternal case. There is a great debate on its key proposed that the Philippine government and the private sector will fund and undertake widespread distribution of family planning devices such as condoms, birth control pills and IVDs, as the government continues to disseminate information on their use through all health centers. The bill is highly divisive with experts, academics, religious, institutions, and major political figures  supporting and opposing it. Although abortion is recognized as illegal and punishable by law, the bill states that " the government shall ensure that all women needing case for post-abortion complication shall be treated and counselled in a humans, non-judgmental and compassionate manner.
Reproductive health bill is to promote respect for life through birth spacing or in other words, the Family Planning Method. This bill is to guarantee access to legal and quality reproductive health care services such as the drugs and contraceptives necessary for birth
 spacing.
Although if there are Pros their definitely there are cons as well such as the government might promote bias for the benefit of few people compromising the effective in modern family planning that are medically safe and legal. The other effect might be on people's values and behavioural aspects which lessen the morality because of irresponsible use and abuse of drugs whenever they needed an abortion to surpass misdeed and wickedness of today's generation concerning premarital sex and irresponsible parenthood.
