"Thou shall limit thy offspring for multitude of people are burden
unto the Earth"
Through human history, it is a fact that nature and people have to worked together in order to achieve Earth's deliverance from future destruction. People should limit their offspring in providing them harmonious way of living condition and simply emancipation from poverty and misery. The word limit itself has been a perennial catchphrase in fuelling many conflicts and debates among the religious points of view, where in the enthusiastically believed that god had ordered human to go and multiply. In my personal manifestation of limiting thy offspring is favourable to the welfare of man, like asserting the right of every child in providing them responsible parents and a worry-free environment.
The Reproductive Health Bill, informally known as the RH Bill, are proposed laws in the Philippines aiming to guarantee universal access to methods of contraception, abortion, fertility control, sexual education and maternal case. There is a great debate on its key proposed that the Philippine government and the private sector will fund and undertake widespread distribution of family planning devices such as condoms, birth control pills and IVDs, as the government continues to disseminate information on their use through all health centers.The bill is highly divisive with experts, academics, religious, institutions, and major political figures supporting and opposing it. Although abortion is recognized as illegal and punishable by law, the bill states that " the government shall ensure that all women needing case for post-abortion complication shall be treated and counselled in a humans, non-judgmental and compassionate manner.
Reproductive health bill is to promote respect for life through birth spacing or in other words, the Family Planning Method. This bill is to guarantee access to legal and quality reproductive health care services such as the drugs and contraceptives necessary for birth
spacing.
Although if there are Pros their definitely there are cons as well such as the government might promote bias for the benefit of few people compromising the effective in modern family planning that are medically safe and legal. The other effect might be on people's values and behavioural aspects which lessen the morality because of irresponsible use and abuse of drugs whenever they needed an abortion to surpass misdeed and wickedness of today's generation concerning premarital sex and irresponsible parenthood.

It is not that bad to have children because it is a treasure, but we should be aware about our God's Will that as long as we can, we shall limit thy offspring.Not only for yourself but also for them.
